Important Notice for World Championship Competitors
To all GB Team members,
The time has come to complete the Final payments for the flights
to the US.
Total flight costs are £800 (adults), £675 (children 2-11);
so final payments
to be settled (having deducted your £50 deposits) will be
£750 (adults) and £625
(children 2-11).
Please send cheques to 'Judith Greenwood' (to the same address as
before, if you made your deposit by cheque).
Or, if you want to pay by BACs please email judith.greenwood@ntlworld.com if you
don't already have the details.

FINAL SETTLEMENTS MUST BE MADE TO US BY 1 MAY 2012!!!!!!!!!!!
Failure to make the
final payment will result in our inability to purchase your ticket and therefore
the seat will be lost along with your deposit.

Additional information:
We are in contact with our WTSDA colleagues in the US to arrange
a coach to transfer us all to the hotel in Greensboro' from Charlotte airport when
we arrive. There may be a small additional cost for this (more information later).
Master
Khan is looking into tracksuits.
For those people taking Weapons to the competition,
if these don't fit into your hold baggage then there will be an extra fee for additional
luggage (we are all allowed one bag in the hold). Clubbing together to get several
weapons in an additional carrier is the best (and normal) way forward. We will need
to know (this can be done later) just what weapons everyone is taking so that we
can inform the airline in advance.
Final flight 'tickets/confirmation' will be issued
at the Championship preparation class on 23 June.
